Instructions:

1.Loosen screw before unfolding to avoid scratching the blade with handle.
2.Turn handle straight in line with the aluminium paddle. Securely tighten the knob and screw prior to using.
3.Sprinkle the peel with flour, or milled wheat brand, or cornmeal to allow the pizza and any other baked goods to easily slide on and off the peel.
4.Place the goods onto a pizza stone, baking sheet or tray with the pizza peel.
5.Once finished cooking, use the pizza peel to slide out the pizza, bread or baked goods from the oven.
6.Place the baked goods on a plate or cutting board/surface and use the pizza cutter to slice. Do NOT slice the goods on the pizza peel.

Easy to clean:

1.Hand was with war water and soap. With a cloth or sponge scrub any excess food on the peel and on the cutter. Dry afterwards.
2.Do NOT place in dishwasher, do NOT use an abrasive scrubber, and do NOT soak.
3.Once the peel is dry you can either loosen the knob and turn the handle inward for storage or you can hang it by using leather string.
