Operation:
How to switch the temperature unit:
The default display units are Fahrenheit. If you like to read in Celsius, please hold down the C/F key for 2s.
How to light the backlight:
Please press the light icon button once ,press it again to turn off. Also the backlight will be auto off after 10s of inactivity.
How to set set high temperature alarm:
Press the “alarm set “button once, it will enter high alarm temperature setting mode, then press the“C/F” or “HOLD” button to increase or decrease the number.When finish the setting,press the“alarm set” button again to confirm and back to normal.
How to turn off the beep:
User can stop the beep by pressing any button .The beeper will turn off automatically after one minute but the “alarm set” will keep flash until the temperature fall below its reset temperature or the thermometer turn off.
 
Important Notice:
1. Do not leave the plastic body of thermometer in the oven or frying pan while cooking.
2. Do not touch hot probe with hands.
3. Please clean the thermometer by wet cloth, not completely immerse it in water.
